It is a narrow woven fabric made from high temperature alumino-silicate based ceramic fiber. This tape is known for it's attributes like low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, high temperature stable and thermal shock resistant. It can be used for insulation, lining and gasket for furnace, kiln, oven, stove, boiler and appliance. Ceramic Fiber Paper / Roll / Tape can also be used for wrapping for high temperature pipe or metal casting.
